Cancel within 7 days of buying a new plan for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds return to the original payment method in 5–7 working days.

After 7 days

• Shared hosting: pro-rata refund for unused full months.
• VPS: a VPS is your own dedicated virtual server — after provisioning, only a pro-rata refund for unused days of the current billing cycle.
• Domain purchase: domains are paid to the registry immediately, so they are non-refundable.

When refunds don't apply

• Accounts suspended/terminated for terms violations (spam, abuse, illegal activity).
• Free trials or promotional credits.

How to request a refund

Log in to K Host and go to Billing → "Request refund", or write via the contact form with subject "Billing". Please include your order ID.
