This is a generic server error. Step 1: Check your site's error log in the panel (Sites → your site → Logs). Step 2: If you just edited code, revert the last change. Step 3: For WordPress, rename the plugins folder via File Manager — if the site loads, a plugin is the culprit; reactivate them one by one. Still stuck? Contact support with the error log lines.
Usually a permalink or rewrite issue. For WordPress: go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save (this regenerates rewrite rules). For custom apps: check that your .htaccess or nginx rules match your framework's requirements.
Your SSL certificate is missing or expired. In the panel: Sites → your site → SSL → Install Free SSL. It takes under a minute. If it was working before, check the expiry — auto-renewal may have failed due to DNS changes.
Three usual causes: (1) Wrong credentials in wp-config.php — verify DB name, user, and password in the panel under Databases. (2) Database server overloaded — check resource usage. (3) Corrupted tables — use phpMyAdmin's Repair function.
File permission issue. Files should be 644, directories 755. Never use 777 — it is a security risk and our systems will flag it. Fix via File Manager → right-click → Permissions.
Check in order: (1) Resource usage in the panel — are you hitting CPU/RAM limits? (2) Recent plugin/theme updates — roll back the last one. (3) Traffic spike — check access logs. (4) External services — a slow payment gateway or API can block page loads. Enable caching if you have not already.

DNS propagates in 5–30 minutes typically, up to 24 hours globally. Verify with nslookup or an online DNS checker — if it shows the new value, the issue is local DNS cache: flush it or wait. Also confirm you edited the right zone.
Step 1: In the panel, go to Email → Create Mailbox. Step 2: Add the MX records we show you to your DNS. Step 3: Add SPF/DKIM/DMARC for deliverability. Step 4: Connect via IMAP/SMTP in Gmail, Outlook, or your phone's mail app — we provide the server settings.
Step 1: Add your domain to Cloudflare. Step 2: Change nameservers at your registrar to Cloudflare's. Step 3: In Cloudflare DNS, point the A record to your K Host server IP. Step 4: Set SSL mode to "Full (strict)". Your origin SSL from K Host keeps working behind Cloudflare.
Step 1: In the panel, go to Backups → Cloud Backup → Connect Google Drive. Step 2: Authorize with your Google account. Step 3: Choose what to back up (files, databases, or both) and the schedule. Done — backups now land in your Drive automatically.
